Sample Itinerary

Day 1:Depart home and fly to Cordova, Alaska and overnight.

Day 2:Charter to camp. (Approx. $1,200 round trip)

Days 3-8: Hunt

Day 9:Charter back to Cordova and overnight.

Day 10:Depart Cordova in the morning and begin your travels home

Level 4: These hunts are extreme mountain style hunts that will include multiple days of high level exertion to be successful. These hunts will often be a mixture of horseback and backpack style hunting at high elevations with minimal supplies. An extensive physical training regimen is a must prior to this hunt.

Hunts will be conducted out of spike camp accommodations. You and your guide will depart camp each day on foot as you head to strategic glassing locations. Once a mature Billy is located, spot and stalk methods will be used to approach for a shot. This is like any mountain goat hunt can be very physical. A strong physical training regime is strongly suggested prior to this hunt.
